Zero Tep - Window Shopping

Over the past four months, my relationship with the Milwaukee/Wisconsin collective Noh Life has grown exponentially. I've released eight of my own tracks and seven collaborative tracks with the group, with no plans to stop anytime soon. In each of my releases, I've strived to construct vivid alternate realities, and frequently I even find myself getting lost in them.

With that being said, I feel that my favorite tracks from Noh Life were ones I could not only play in a club, but listen to at home. They were often beautiful, aggressively urgent tracks that drove your desire to not only move your body, but stimulate your mind as well.

So I set out to create something that embodied the spirit my favorite songs from the label, and it's called "Window Shopping". Thank you for supporting my music and a huge shoutout to the Noh Life fam. Visit our homepage here.

The Agromaniac's "Inferno" + More

The Agromaniac's new album dropped last week, full of seething techno and dark ambience. It's a marked departure from his previous albums, featuring more straightforward and clean mixing, although that doesn't mean it's any less terrifying!

If you haven't gotten to listen to the album, check it out below:

I also put out a brand new Zero Tep track, titled "Lookin Good/Ridin Slow" that you can download for free!

And lastly, but certainly not least, prolific Irish experimental/ambient artist miXile will be releasing his next album, "Of Light and Dark" through Antistack Records, Subviolet's experimental electronic imprint. Take a listen to one of my favorite tracks from the album, "Prelude to a Nightmare", over on his Soundcloud page. More details will be announced soon!

Pre-order The Agromaniac's "Inferno"

It's been a while since I've had anything to share from Subviolet's experimental electronic imprint Antistack Records, but now I'm pleased the share that The Agromaniac's new album, Inferno, will be arriving on May 26th!

YOU CAN PRE-ORDER THE RECORD HERE! When you do, you'll receive "New Crusade," the first single from the album, and then a brand new track sometime in the next few days!

While "AM" explored dark, visceral doom and "Revisionism" explored the political underpinnings of modern America, The Agromaniac's new album, "Inferno" shifts away from the lo-fi, high-concept album format to deliver track after track of carefully constructed, inventive, and relentless techno.

From the half-time screech of "New Crusade" to the straightforward dancefloor frenzy of "Methoxetamine" to the noise monstrosity "Atrophy" featuring Lunacybot, every sound is completely explored and utterly captivating. This is not the techno you know and love, but something very different.

New Music from Zero Tep and The Agromaniac

Time for another update!

Recently, I've been creating some club-oriented Zero Tep tracks again. First up is a collaboration with my good friend Noer the Boy, appropriately titled "Send Help".

Then, just a couple days ago, I dropped a bubbly/"hard-as-fuck" anti-anthem called "Plastik FM". Check it out:

Lastly, over on Subviolet's experimental electronic imprint Antistack RecordsThe Agromaniac is putting the finishing touches on his latest album, "Inferno". Full to the brim with his signature brand of plodding, grotesque ambient/industrial techno, this promises to be one of the most punishing and intriguing records of the year, expanding the palette of sounds on Antistack. Pre-orders soon...
